Little Clay Art is an online business based in Singapore that creates and sells handmade air-dry clay jewellery, accessories, miniatures and keepsakes.
Our products are handmade and may have minor variations in colour, size, shape or finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
2. Products and Product Information

3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, delivery address and any information required to complete your order.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Little Clay Art reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, such as an incorrect price, product availability issue, payment problem or suspected fraudulent transaction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Little Clay Art does not intentionally retain customers' full payment card details.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process.
5. Handmade Products
Our products are handmade using air-dry clay and other materials.
Because each item is individually handmade:
- small variations are expected;
- minor imperfections may occur;
- colours and finishes may vary slightly;
- customised products may differ slightly from digital previews or descriptions.
These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of Little Clay Art products.
6. Jewellery Care and Safety
Customers should handle clay jewellery and accessories with reasonable care.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products should be kept away from excessive water, moisture, heat, chemicals, perfumes and rough handling.
Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable as toys for young children. Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and supervising children where necessary.
7. Customised Products
Where customised products are offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, spelling, names, dates, colours and other requested details.
Once a customised order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Customised products may have minor handmade variations and may not be identical to digital mock-ups or reference images.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Items sold on Little Clay Art are generally non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers should contact Little Clay Art as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered.
Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the matter.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Singapore law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Little Clay Art logos and branding;
- product photographs;
- product designs;
- illustrations;
- written content;
- graphics;
- website content; and
- original artwork
is owned by or licensed to Little Clay Art unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our content or product designs without prior written permission.
10. Customer-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments or other content to Little Clay Art, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
By submitting content, you grant Little Clay Art permission to use it for legitimate business and marketing purposes, where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes;
